1. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made in advance through our official channels. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.
1.2 Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment systems. Full payment is necessary to confirm your booking.
2. Skip Size and Capacity
We offer a range of skip sizes to cater to different waste disposal needs. It is your responsibility to select the appropriate skip size for your requirements.
- Mini Skip: Suitable for small household clean-ups.
- Midi Skip: Ideal for larger domestic projects.
- Builders Skip: Designed for construction and large-scale projects.
- Roll-On/Roll-Off Skip: Suitable for wide load waste disposal.
3. Permit Requirements
When placing a skip on public land, a permit may be required. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the necessary permits from the local authorities in Redbridge.
Note: Failure to secure a permit may result in additional charges or removal of the skip at your expense.
4. Placement and Installation
Our team will assess the designated placement area to ensure safe and compliant installation of the skip. Please ensure that the area is clear of obstructions and that access is sufficient for skip delivery.
- The skip must be placed on a stable and level surface.

7. Duration of Hire
The standard hire period is specified at the time of booking. If you require an extension, please contact us prior to the expiry of your current hire period. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
7.1 Overdue Fees
Returning the skip after the agreed hire period without an extension may result in overdue fees. These fees will accumulate daily until the skip is returned.
8. Responsibility and Liability
While we take precautions to ensure the safe delivery and removal of skips, the customer is responsible for the appropriate use of the skip and compliance with local regulations.
- You are liable for any damage to property caused during the placement or removal of the skip.
- We are not responsible for any injury sustained while using or around the skip.
- Ensure that the skip is not overloaded to prevent structural damage.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid cancellation fees.
9.1 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 24-hour window.
10. Insurance
We carry insurance to cover accidental damage during the hire period. However, this does not cover intentional damage or misuse of the skip.
Recommendation: Consider obtaining additional insurance if you anticipate handling particularly hazardous materials.
11. Environmental Compliance
We adhere to all environmental regulations regarding waste disposal. It is imperative that customers also comply to ensure the sustainable management of waste.
- Separate recyclables from general waste where applicable.
- Dispose of sensitive materials through appropriate channels.
- Follow all local guidelines for waste segregation and disposal.
12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

13. Governing Law
